AECOM’s Transmission and Distribution business in Australia is seeking to expand its team. We are looking for an Electrical Engineer - Transmission and Distribution based in Sydney, who is eager to expand their career with an internationally recognised organisation.
We work closely with governments, investors, regulators, utilities, new entrants, and major energy-users on their energy projects. Our international and local experience allows us to provide clients around the world with expert advice and international best practice. This role is for a passionate individual with a recognised track record in providing high-value transmission and distribution services. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an innovative and highly motivated team of energy professionals on the key projects shaping our energy future.
You will be responsible for the technical, on time and on budget delivery projects like these. Our team is committed to diversify skill and broaden individual’s knowledge spectrum.
Minimum Requirements
* In-depth understanding of NSW power distribution system
* Good knowledge of overhead and underground transmission line design
* Good experience in NSW ASP Level 3 Design Industry
* Experience in AutoCAD & Poles 'n' Wires, PLSCADD preferred
* Motivation, energy, innovation and willing to learn whilst being a team player
* Able to carry out general engineering duties to ensure quality and systems/process requirements are achieved
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
