About the Role Our client is looking for a Site Supervisor to join their construction team. They're looking for someone who can contribute ideas and support continuous improvement across business systems and site processes. Duties will include: Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to handover Liaising with trades and sub-contractors Checking and managing material orders Leading a team of site staff to deliver projects on time and to standard Monitoring project milestones to ensure timely delivery Undertaking project quality assurance Managing and rectifying defective work Completing detailed daily site diaries Ensuring compliance with all contractual and specification requirements Enforcing Safety Management Systems and WH&S legislation What You Need Certificate III in Carpentry Certificate IV in Building and Construction, desirbale not essential 6-10 years' experience in the residential construction industry, ideally with a Project Home Builder or Developer A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and provide constructive input on processes and operations High attention to detail with a solid understanding of the NCC & BCA Current Driver's License The Benefits Base salary between $125,000 - $130,000 plus superannuation, fully maintained vehicle, tablet, and mobile Strong pipeline of work for 2025 and beyond Extensive training and ongoing professional development Clear career progression across a growing and supportive business Opportunity to work with a reputable, award-winning home builder Ellen Sutton | esutton@marble.com.au | 02 8116 2200 | 0475 931 731 By submitting your CV you agree to have read: marble.com.au/privacy
