About the Role This is a key executive role responsible for revenue growth, strategic client acquisition, and building a high-performing sales culture across industrial, construction, logistics, manufacturing and trades sectors. In this role, you will be a key driver of the national business development strategy, leverage your extensive existing network, and deliver measurable results. You will have the autonomy to make an impact and the support to succeed— surrounded by a team of Branch Managers, Account Managers, and Recruiters dedicated to delivering on your clients’ needs. Develop and execute the national sales strategy Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing sales team Drive new business across blue collar sectors Build strong relationships with major clients and key accounts Identify new market opportunities and expansion channels Oversee tender submissions and large workforce solutions About You You are a results-driven leader with a proven track record in recruitment sales, ideally within blue collar, labour hire or workforce solutions.
