About the Role:
The successful applicant will need to be
immediately available and training on in-house systems will be provided. This role will eventually go permanent.
Duties:
Liaise with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure accuracy of supplier invoices, orders, resolve issues and provide information as requested
Creating and maintaining various spreadsheets used for recording data
Administration support for the Pallet control team - data entry of pallet dockets and pallet docket request.
Carry out Counter sales efficiently with a focus on excellent customer service
Facilitate smooth processing of sales enquiries and customer orders and quotes
Provide general administrative tasks with an emphasis on accuracy as required
Experience:
Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
Superior customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
Action customer queries appropriately and in a timely manner
Robust organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi task
Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
Excellent computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems
