Duties
* Undertake general repairs, maintenance, and gardening duties on site
* Keep all areas neat and tidy, and ensure all equipment used and stored properly
* Facilitate and maintain a safe environment for all stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
* Maintenance and/or trades experience
* Leadership qualities and experience
* Confident with grounds equipment, such as mower, blower, high pressure hose, etc.
* Exceptional time management, team, and organizational skills
* Ability to pass a medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening
* Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months
* National Police Clearance (with last six months)
* Valid manual driver's license
* LF Forklift licence and experience
