Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Astral People are looking for aDigital Marketing Coordinatorto join our Sydney/Eora-based team.
The primary goal of this role is to support the Marketing team across our digital channels, with a key focus on keeping our online presence consistent, fresh, andartist-firstin the interest of driving ticket sales. This is anentry-level position, ideal for someone looking to grow and learn within an industry-leading, multifaceted music company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding ofmusic and social media, a keen interest in how tours and events are marketed acrossAustralia and New Zealand, and an eye for content that performs on social platforms. You'll also contribute creative and strategic ideas to campaigns.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role. You'll be working across artists includingSnoh Aalegra, AJ Tracey, Yussef Dayes, Bicep, The Prodigy, Jamie xx, Sampha, Ross From Friends, Ezra Collective, Masego, Jyoty, Madlib, Folamour, Sim0ne, and Yung Singh, as well as high-profile events likeSummer Dance. You'll also support the overall Astral People brand across our social channels, website, and press outputs.
The Role
You'll support the Marketing team inrolling out tour and event campaignsfrom announcement to show day. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role where you'll learn how campaigns are built, optimised, and executed.
Key responsibilities include:
* Strategising, preparing, and rolling out event and tour announcements across social platforms, event pages, websites, and CRM systems.
* Planning, creating, and publishing social media content (with a strong focus on Instagram).
* Maintaining content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
* Crafting engaging and persuasive copy for Instagram, Facebook, and EDMs.
* Assisting with marketing campaigns todrive awareness and ticket sales.
* Updating and optimising the website to ensure all event information is current and compelling.
* Managing CRM activity, including building and distributing EDMs at key campaign milestones.
* Generating creative ideas to increase audience engagement and broaden reach.
* Working closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure all activity aligns withAstral People's brand and messaging.
About You
* 1–2 years' experience (or relevant internships) in marketing, social media, or events.
* Currently studying or recently completed amarketing or communications degree.
* Strong written communication skills — you know how to write social media copy thatsells naturally.
* Knowledgeable in theAdobe Suite, with a focus onPhotoshopandPremiere Pro.
* A creative background or interest ingraphic design, photography, or videographyis not required but highly valued.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable using Instagram, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
* Passionate about music, culture, and live events.
* Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
