Job Opportunity in Integrated Mental Health
We are seeking a highly skilled Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the provision of accessible, person-centred and trauma-informed psychological care.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive mental health and psychological assessments to inform individualised treatment planning and facilitate goal setting.
* Deliver evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness techniques.
* Provide crisis response de-escalation and risk management support when required, promoting participant safety and well-being.
* Develop strong therapeutic relationships with participants and their families, supporting collaborative decision-making and effective service delivery.
* Foster effective working relationships with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring integrated holistic care for participants.
* Engage with community partners to strengthen referral pathways and enhance service linkages, contributing to improved outcomes for participants.
2. Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Doctorate in Psychology or related field;
* Registration with relevant professional association;
* Proven experience in delivering evidence-based therapies and providing high-quality clinical services;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
