* 2-4 years' experience in commercial litigation, projects disputes, or infrastructure-related contentious matters.
* Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
* An interest in building or expanding expertise in construction and infrastructure disputes.
* Proven ability to manage complex matters and work effectively within a team.
This role offers the chance to advise on and manage complex disputes arising from construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects, including arbitration and litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on dispute strategy and develop implementation plans.
* Draft pleadings, expert reports, settlement agreements, and other dispute resolution documents.
* Liaise with clients, experts, and other advisers to develop and implement dispute strategy.
* Support senior professionals in case management and lead junior team members.
* Contribute to business development, client engagement, and team knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements:
* A Lawyer or Associate with 2–4 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation, projects disputes, or infrastructure-related contentious matters.
* Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
* An interest in building or expanding expertise in construction and infrastructure disputes.
* Proven ability to manage complex matters and work effectively within a team.
