We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our North Lakes team.

The Role
Driving sales performance to consistently meet and exceed targets
Delivering an exceptional customer service experience

A proven ability to lead by example and inspire a team aligned with company values

A track record of achieving and surpassing sales and KPI targets
Strong financial acumen, with a focus on expense control and P&L accountability
Experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on accountability and growth
A keen eye for visual merchandising and maintaining a premium store presentation
Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence
A proactive approach to personal development and ongoing product knowledge
