About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and hands-on Team Leader / Service Car Cleaner to coordinate daily operations and ensure high standards of vehicle presentation.
This dual-role position combines leadership responsibilities with direct involvement in vehicle cleaning and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of vehicle detailers to meet daily targets (up to 200 vehicles).
Allocate tasks and manage workflow for timely, high-quality results.
Provide training and mentoring to new and existing team members.
Monitor performance and report feedback to management.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and safety standards.
Collect and coordinate vehicle keys and movement.
Drive vehicles between service areas and car wash.
Oversee and perform exterior cleaning (wheel wash, auto wash, chamois drying, tyre blackening).
Conduct hand washing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning when required.
Ensure vehicles are returned to correct locations with keys promptly returned.
Conduct spot checks to uphold von Bibra cleanliness standards.
Address quality concerns professionally and promptly.
Promote customer satisfaction and maintain clean work areas.
