CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking multiple Heavy Diesel Mechanics, Field Service Technicians, and a Hitachi Excavator Specialist to support field and site-based maintenance activities across Western Australia. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a range of heavy mobile plant and mining equipment. Work on equipment from leading OEMs including Hitachi, CAT, Komatsu, Epiroc, and more. Support site-based maintenance or work autonomously in a true field service capacity. Provide high-quality, safety-first service across excavators, haul trucks, loaders, dozers, shovels, and other machinery. Liaise with site teams and stakeholders regarding equipment performance, planning, and downtime. Maintain accurate job records, safety documentation, and service reports. Our Ideal Candidates: Trade qualified in Heavy Diesel – Australian/NZ recognised. Minimum 3–5 years’ post-trade experience in heavy plant/mobile equipment maintenance. Strong technical and diagnostic capabilities across various OEMs – Hitachi experience highly regarded. Previous mining or civil experience in field or site-based roles. Manual driver’s licence (current). High Risk Work Licence – desirable. A/C Licence – advantageous. Ability to pass pre-employment medical and DAS. Able to provide a valid National Police Clearance. Self-motivated, safety-focused, and solutions-driven.
