Salesforce Administrator
Location: Brisbane (Fortitude Valley)
Contract: 6-Month Initial Term
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Office + WFH)
Rate: Competitive Day Rate
We are supporting a large enterprise organisation through a major Salesforce transformation and are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the team. You'll be working full-time on-site with the client, supporting and optimising a highly customised Salesforce environment across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
About the Role
* Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration, configuration, and user support
* Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access
* Maintain and enhance custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and reports
* Support system integrations, data integrity, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms
* Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
* Assist with system updates, testing, and deployment of new features
* Prepare documentation, training materials, and end-user support resources
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator within a medium to large organisation
* Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce products
* Experience managing users, security, and data models
* Proficiency with Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports/dashboards
* Familiarity with API integrations and working with technical teams
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
* Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) required; Advanced Admin or App Builder preferred
