Job Overview

Key to a company's success lies in its administrative backbone, and we are seeking a diligent Receptionist to assume this pivotal role.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Manage phone inquiries with poise and professionalism
* Coordinate appointments for clients, sales staff, and management with precision
* Generate and deliver invoices to customers in a timely manner
* Offer assistance to the sales team during peak periods
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
* Update pricing information according to business needs
* Procure supplies as necessary

Requirements:

* Prior experience in administration or reception roles is highly valued
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
* Proficiency in Xero is an asset but not a requirement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Capacity to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Work Schedule:

The ideal candidate will be expected to work Monday to Thursday from 8am-4:30pm, Friday from 8am-4pm, and one Saturday per month from 9am-12:30pm.
