This is an key role within our Esso team and is an exceptional development opportunity. The role has wide reaching responsibility for supporting our Esso contract delivery team, developing, and leading key performance monitoring processes and assisting in and leading the implementation of strategic projects across all 14 Offshore and 3 Onshore sites. ESS provides both Catering and Cleaning systems to all sites
This role works directly with the Operations Manager - Offshore & Remote Esso Contract in Bass Strait. The role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and works closely with the respective operational Chef Supervisors and Utilities. Key initiatives and roles to be developed and/or supported include:
- Monitoring service deliverables, ensuring contract compliance and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.
- Working on a 5:2 roster with significant site travel, the role will incorporate the development and implementation of menu concepts in line with budgets,
- Overseeing ordering processes,
- Monitoring of client & resident feedback and the retention of development of key personnel to ensure a consistent approach to service outcomes.
- With a focus on driving consistency and meeting service targets, the role will be integral to retention and growth of existing contracts and will assist to highlight the opportunity for new business opportunities.
- The Manager Site Operations is required to provide leadership and management support to Unit Managers for the achievement of business objectives: to promote and support our safety culture framework and to enable attraction, development, and retention of the best talent in the industry.
**Further Role Responsibilities**
These will evolve with the business needs, but core responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and lead all Menu and Food Concepts.
- Support the Operations Manager in pan contract financial & reporting routines.
- Drive and support Unit Managers in monthly balanced scorecard.
- Lead and deliver consistency across all sites with cleaning procedures.
- Play a key role in developing and riving all site reporting, billing, and site filing architecture
**Experience, Qualifications and Competency Requirements**
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
- Must live within 50 Kms of Sale, Victoria.
- Need to have a knowledge of the Client and its operations
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Offshore Operations
- Excellent communication, project management & analytical skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and resolve issues as they arise.
- High level of business intelligence.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience working with senior decision makers.
