About the Role:
This position provides an amazing prospect for an organised, customer service focused, career driven individual wanting to join Australasia's leading real estate group and step right in to a well established team and well maintained portfolio of residential properties.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of properties
- Liaising and building relationships with landlords and tenants, adding value to their investment journey
- Marketing and leasing properties
- Ingoing inspection and property condition reports
- Outgoing inspections and bond resolution
- Routine inspections
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Management of repairs and maintenance
About You:
As an ideal candidate, you will have experience in relationship management, excellent personal presentation, strong work ethic and high customer service standards.
- Self-motivated attitude with a strong passion for owners and tenants
- Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks
- Fluent understanding of an array of computer programs and/or databases
- Team player mentality
- Ability to work autonomously
- Enrolled & studying the Property Management Course
- Hold a current Property Management Registration Licence
- Previous property management experience
