Senex Energy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide risk management and assurance frameworks. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the company’s operations, reputation, and long-term sustainability.
Key accountabilities will include:
* Leading the implementation of Senex’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework
* Facilitating risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies across the business
* Providing expert guidance, training, and support in risk management practices
* Maintaining and reporting on Senex’s corporate risk registers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Conducting operational and project risk workshops and forums
* Facilitating Project Assurance Reviews
* Tracking and reporting on assurance reviews.
About You
* Formal tertiary qualification in risk management or a related field
* Minimum of five years of high-level experience in enterprise risk management and assurance
* Expertise in developing and refining risk frameworks in complex business environments
* Strong background in regulatory compliance, and legislative standards
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in risk management tools and systems, with strong analytical capabilities
* Understanding of the natural gas sector and risk mitigation strategies, including insurance.
