The Opportunity:
We're looking for a proactive, organised Personal Assistant to support one of our leading surgeons. If you're great with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy juggling a mix of admin and patient-facing tasks — this could be your perfect next step.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
* Manage the surgeon's diary, meetings, and day-to-day schedule
* Be the go-to contact for patients, staff, and external providers
Multi-Site Coordination
* Keep things running smoothly across multiple locations
* Adapt to different workflows while maintaining consistency
Clinic & Theatre Management
* Book appointments and surgeries, manage changes, and keep sessions flowing
* Work closely with theatre and clinic staff
Billing & Accounts
* Handle invoicing, billing, and liaise with insurers
* Maintain accurate records in line with standards
Patient Liaison
* Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for patients
* Answer queries and offer support throughout their journey
Documents & Reports
* Prepare letters, notes, and medical reports with attention to detail
* Keep everything compliant, accurate, and organised
Team Support & Flexibility
* Help out other practices when needed
* Stay adaptable and professional across different teams
Process Improvement
* Bring ideas to the table to help things run better
* Get involved in team projects and improvement initiativey.
