Financial Operations Expert

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Support the financial operations of the business, reporting to the Director.
* Assess and implement software to streamline accounting functions.
* Complete finance implementation of Odoo (ERP).
* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, cash flow, BAS preparation and lodgement, weekly payroll, reconciliations, end-of-month processes, journals, and monthly/yearly reporting.
* Engage with external accountants for audit purposes.
* Budgeting and management reporting.
* Director expense management.

The working hours are flexible, with the option of working up to 32 hours per week across 4 days or 5 days with flexible start and finish times.

Key Requirements Include:
* Accounting qualifications welcome but not essential.
* Experience in a similar position with strong knowledge of accounting principles.
* ERP system experience essential (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, JDE etc).
* Advanced Excel skills.
