Assistants in Nursing (AINs) and Personal Care Workers (PCWs) are sought to provide hands-on care for residents across multiple aged care facilities in the Northern Rivers region.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility
* Monitoring and reporting changes in health and wellbeing
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Working collaboratively with a caring, professional team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability (or equivalent)
* Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar role in Australia
* Current Australian Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening
* Full working rights in Australia
