**Process Safety Manager**

Be the key advisor empowering teams and shaping a strong process safety culture across high-risk industrial operations.
**What you will enjoy doing**
- Lead Process Hazard Analyses and Safety Assessments (e.g., HAZOP, LOPA, What-If)
- Develop and implement safety management systems
- Prepare and maintain Safety Cases and compliance documentation
- Lead licensing and relicensing activities for facilities
- Support site audits and regulatory inspections
- Monitor process safety performance and report to leadership
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations across jurisdictions
- Provide expert guidance across Region South Pacific and drive continuous improvement in process safety performance
**What makes you great**
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Chemical preferred)
- 5+ years' experience in process safety within regulated industries (AU/NZ)
- Deep knowledge of MHF & Dangerous Goods regulations (AU/NZ)
- Proven experience with HAZOP, LOPA, and risk analysis
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement & negotiation skills
- Strong time management, autonomy, and leadership in safety
