This permanent role is ideally based in Brisbane and includes regular travel to the Sunshine Coast. You will play a hands-on role in creating marketing that resonates, drives engagement and showcases what makes our communities special. No two days will look the same as you partner with passionate teams and contribute to meaningful, people focused projects.
We're Looking For a...
A creative, curious and insights driven marketer who enjoys bringing ideas to life. You are comfortable managing campaigns end to end, balancing priorities and building strong relationships. You enjoy variety, love solving challenges and take pride in delivering work that makes an impact.
What You'll Do
* Lead local area marketing plans that increase awareness and support sales activity
* Develop engaging content across channels, including eDMs, social media and community communications
* Manage briefs and collaborate closely with agencies and suppliers to deliver high quality outcomes
* Review performance insights and recommend improvements to keep campaigns performing at their best
* Support community initiatives and contribute to place visioning activity
* Monitor marketing spend and support reforecasting
* Travel between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast to support onsite events, launches and community engagement
About You
You are organised, proactive and excited by the chance to shape meaningful marketing activity. You balance creativity with strategic thinking and enjoy working with stakeholders who value your perspective. You thrive in environments where you can contribute ideas and see them come to life.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Degree in marketing, communications, commerce or similar
* Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple channels
* Strong analytical skills and confidence turning insights into action
* Experience managing agencies, suppliers and stakeholders
* Budget management experience
* Experience in property or lifestyle based industries is helpful but not essential
