About The Role Lumus Imaging is seeking an experienced and organised Medical Secretary to join our team at Lingard Private Hospital on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our imaging service and will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. Reporting to the site leadership team, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to radiologists and clinical staff, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent service to patients and referrers. Key Responsibilities Manage radiology reports, referrals, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion Liaise with radiologists, clinicians, referrers, and hospital staff Schedule appointments and coordinate workflows within the imaging department Maintain patient records in line with privacy and compliance requirements Provide professional front-line support to patients and stakeholders Support general administrative and secretarial duties as required
About You Previous experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar healthcare administration role (highly regarded) Strong medical terminology and typing skills Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional and patient-focused approach Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy clinical environment
