This role is part of the Applied Technology team, reporting to the Director of Applied Technology, and based in Newcastle or London. You will collaborate with teams across the NRF network to understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. More about our work can be found here.ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement:Understand clients' business requirements, challenges, and objectives through collaboration.Conduct discovery workshops to identify pain points and opportunities.Lead meetings and discussions to align solutions with client needs.Provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams.Draft proposals and demonstrate solutions to potential clients.Solution Design and Implementation:Translate client requirements into functional design documentation.Collaborate with developers and analysts to design and implement solutions.Manage client feedback, liaising with relevant teams and maintaining excellent communication.Project Management:Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.Coordinate with the Applied Tech team and other departments as needed.Manage project timelines and reporting during development, testing, and deployment.Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.Continuous Improvement:Facilitate lessons learned sessions and sprint reviews to identify improvements.Stay informed on industry trends through training and conferences.Skills and ExperienceProven experience in client-facing roles, project management, and solution delivery within a legal environment or for legal clients.Ability to analyze complex business problems and craft innovative tech solutions.Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to succeed in ambiguous situations.Experience in client relationship management, fostering trust and mutually beneficial relationships.Excellent communication skills, decisive, trustworthy, and able to articulate vision and priorities.Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple stakeholder needs to maximize value.Experience with project planning, reporting, budgeting, using appropriate methodologies.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous.Diversity, Equity, and InclusionWe aim to create a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can bring their whole selves, feel a sense of belonging, and reach their full potential.
