As part of Victoria's largest Early Years Management provider, we're proud to support over 93 services and 700+ educators across the state who inspire, nurture, and empower young learners every day.
We're now looking for a Part Time Early Childhood Teacher — or someone who's currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.
Where you'll work
Ararat North Kindercare is proud of its connections to the community through the partnership with a local primary school and a supportive learning environment built by the dedicated and experienced team. The passionate team at St. Andrews Kindergarten encourages children to express their ideas about their own learning in a variety of ways and extends these opportunities to families to create strong partnerships for lifelong learning.
Early Childhood Teacher
Wednesday and Thursday at St. Andrews - 8:30am to 4:00pm; Friday at Ararat North – 9:00am to 3:00pm
20.5 contact hours + 9 non-contact hours = 29.5 hours per week

* Support play‐based learning programs that nurture each child's growth and development
* Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
* Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
* Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care
What You'll Bring
* Recognised Early Childhood Teacher qualification and a current VIT registration
* A genuine interest in supporting children's development and commitment to ongoing learning
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
* Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
