Event Planning and Coordination Role
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for crafting unforgettable experiences for clients.
* This includes coordinating every detail perfectly from initial concept to flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-time event coordinator with responsibilities including site inspections, event planning, and liaison work with key stakeholders and suppliers.
2. Liaise with directors, department heads & key stakeholders for upcoming events, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
3. Ongoing contact for referral business, serving as the main point of contact for clients and vendors.
4. Edit and print function menus and portfolios, utilizing expertise in 3+ venues and proficiency in multiple software platforms across Apple Mac.
5. Weekend and evening work required, with some travel involved.
