The Opportunity
QCCS (QLD Complete Contracting Services) is ramping up. We are securing the future of our maintenance and project teams at Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (DBCT) and we need reliable, \"tools-down\" ready legends to join the crew.
This isn’t a short-term gig. We have a confirmed pipeline of work running through to 2028, offering the rare combination of heavy industrial project work with a strictly local Mackay roster.
Positions Available
* 2x Skilled Tradesmen (Specializing in Concreting / Formwork / Carpentry)
* 5x Civil Labourers (Experienced in industrial or civil environments)

What You’ll Be Doing
Working on a live site environment, you’ll be the backbone of our site productivity:
* Trades: Formwork, steel fixing, and high-quality concrete finishing for maintenance and civil upgrades.
* Labourers: Supporting trades, site prep, manual excavations, and general civil duties.
* Safety & Quality: Adhering to strict DBCT site protocols—we go home safe, every shift.
What We Need From You
We hire for attitude and reliability. If you show up and put in the work, we want you.
* 3+ years in civil/industrial (Trades must be qualified).
* A proven track record of being on time, every time.
* Construction White Card (Essential).
* Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport.
* Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical (including D&A screen).
* Current DBCT Site Access and an MSIC Card will put you at the top of the pile.
