Clients range from high net wealth individuals to some quite large business groups, many in the local agribusiness industry. It provides high touch and in-depth support to business, not just compliance work.
The practice is entering a key phase setting itself up to better support its growing client base. What has emerged is a Senior Accountant/Manager role in Business Services and Tax. But moreover, potentially you will have opportunity to play a leadership role in the business management of the practice- how it is structured, rates and recoveries. You'll enjoy genuine client relations in which to provide tailored support to develop their businesses and growth plans. In fact, your expertise in this space will hopefully see you ultimately introduce new clients to the firm. It's a small practice, but not too small and hence the firm offers you broad exposure.
