- Ensure showroom presentation meets standards, focusing on visual merchandising.
- Analyze sales data, report performance, and identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Promotions teams to support showroom events and promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in showroom or retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills to inspire and support team members.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Visual merchandising experience is highly preferred.
