About the role:
As a Client Service Officer (CSO) at Ford Scott, you will collaborate closely with a team of Advisers, and other internal teams to ensure clients' financial strategies are effectively implemented. Your responsibilities will include:
* Primary liaison for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring client satisfaction.
* Assist Advisers in the preparation and execution of clients' financial plans.
* Coordinate the delivery of a broad range of financial services, ensuring seamless communication between the client, financial planning team, and other relevant parties.
* Oversee client reviews, transactions, and financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
* Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports for clients, ensuring clear communication of progress toward their financial goals.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practice in all client interactions and service delivery.
