Sommelier/Wine Specialist
+3 years experience in wines needed
- Sommelier Certification is a plus (CMS, WSET, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine-dining environment
- Extensive knowledge of French Wines, and local wines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide high-quality customer service and recommendations
**Responsibilities**:
- Curate and manage our extensive wine list
- Provide expert wine recommendations to our guests
- Work closely wine the BOH and Management to create wine pairing with the menu
- Manage wine inventory and supplier relations
- Provide wine pairing service and recommendations during service.
