Therole:
Join Avivo's small, supportive nurse team and make a real difference in your community. This role offers variety and autonomy, supporting customers across the Perth Metro area with home visits, health care planning, and clinical training for support workers.
We're especially looking for someone based in the
northern suburbs
to balance our team.
What you'll do:
Provide wound, tracheostomy, PEG, catheter (supra pubic & indwelling) and diabetes care
Mentor support workers and external agencies in clinical skills
Liaise with families, coordinators, and other health professionals
What you need:
Current AHPRARN registration
3 years post grade clinical experience
2 years in Community Care Services
2 years in a Senior Clinician / Team Leader role with advanced clinical skills
Strong documentation and computer literacy
Excellent communication and training skills
First Aid/CPR & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
Valid WA Drivers Licence
