Your Role
As a Senior Speech Pathologist based in Bendigo, you'll provide expert clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services. Your focus will include dysphagia management, clinic-based service development, and supporting adolescents and adults with disabilities to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver advanced Speech Pathology interventions in swallowing and communication.
* Drive innovation in clinic-based service models.
* Provide specialist consultation for complex cases.
* Mentor junior therapists and supervise students.
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
* Membership eligibility with Speech Pathology Australia.
* Expertise in dysphagia and mealtime management.
* Experience in evidence-based interventions for communication and swallowing.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
