Zoom Recruitment & Training have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer available for an immediate start for one of our transport clients based in Hazelmere. Hazelmere Location Monday to Friday Hours with possible overtime 7am - 4pm shifts To be considered for the following you need to have demonstrated the following:- Provide customer service to both internal and external customers Maintain positive relationships with managers, colleagues and external contacts to work effectively and facilitate achievement of departmental objectives and targets Ensure all work is undertaken in a safe efficient manner, in accordance with all statutory requirements and policies and procedures Assist in developing cross sector trading opportunities Successful applicants will have: At least 2 years experience in transport industry is preferred Knowledge and experience in using SAP software is essential Exceptional Customer Service Skills Efficient telephone technique Good interpersonal skills and High level of presentation Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge and experience Attention to Detail Flexibility to take on ad-hoc tasks Ability to communicate with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally Time management skills / able to prioritise workload If you are interested in this position and have a successful employment track record, then please apply online.
