We're partnering with well-established civil contractors delivering subdivision, infrastructure and quarry projects across the northern suburbs. With strong pipelines and long-term work available, we're looking for experienced operators ready to step into consistent roles with real progression.
Opportunities Available
Opportunities Available We're seeking operators across a range of machinery, including:
* Excavators, Dozers & Graders (GPS experience highly regarded)
* Moxy / Articulated Dump Trucks
* Rollers, Loaders & Compactors
We're also open to candidates with strong civil labouring experience, including:
* Trenching
* Site preparation
* Assisting trades on-site

The Role
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
* Operating plant across bulk earthworks and subdivision works
* Final trim, trenching and detailed finishing
* Hauling, loading and material movement
* Machine checks, maintenance and safe operation practices
* Working with machinery ranging from 15t–50t
Experience with GPS systems (Topcon, Trimble or UTS) will be highly regarded.
Requirements
* Proven experience in civil or construction environments
* White Card (essential)
* Driver's licence and reliable transport (some sites require travel)
* Strong safety mindset and team-oriented approach
