**What you'll bring**Proven experience in driving category growth and working cross functionally- Passion for coaching and developing team and also across wider team- Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer-focused category plans aligned with the divisional strategy and supported by sound commercial insights and data.- Strong negotiation and influence skills with cross-functional and external stakeholders at all levels of the business.- Passion for product and the ability to become an expert in the space

**What you'll do**Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that align with customer needs and commercial objectives.- Develop and execute category plans that provide a clear roadmap for supply partners, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.- Drive sales growth and profit improvement by implementing strategic category initiatives that optimise product offerings and merchandising strategies.- Identify and capitalise on opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction, streamline store operations, and reduce costs for Woolworths.- Continuously evaluate supplier capabilities, proactively seek new partnerships, and cultivate existing relationships to secure long-term competitive advantage.
