**Job Summary**
We're looking for a proactive and organised Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to support our high-performing CPG Estates team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in marketing and administration who wants to make a meaningful impact in property development.
**What You'll Do**
- Provide admin support to the General Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, and wider team.
- Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and assist with internal communications.
- Manage and create content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Support EDM campaigns, website updates, and CRM (HubSpot) management.
- Assist with digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta), SEO/SEM, and marketing collateral.
- Track campaign performance, manage budgets, and conduct competitor research.
**What You'll Bring**
- 2-3 years' experience in a marketing coordinator or executive role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot, and MS Office.
- Experience with social media platforms, Google Analytics, and paid digital advertising.
- A degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
