Our growing Home Care program helps older people live safely and independently in their own homes. Services are tailored to individual needs and may include clinical care, allied health, personal support and assistance with daily living.
About the role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join our Home Care team as a Service Delivery Manager, reporting to the Head of Home Care and Community Care.
This is a key leadership role responsible for leading a large, geographically dispersed workforce delivering in‐home care and support services across WA. While experience in aged care or community services is highly regarded, we're equally interested in leaders from other service‐based industries who bring strong people leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate and engage teams through change.
Working closely with operational leaders, scheduling teams and regional managers, you'll support the delivery of safe, high‐quality and person‐centred care while fostering a connected, engaged and supported workforce.
This role is ideal for a hands‐on leader who enjoys coaching teams, building capability, managing performance and driving positive outcomes in a fast‐paced environment.
About you
We're looking for a capable and people‐focused leader who can bring energy, structure and support to a large operational team.
You might come from aged care, home care, community care or a similar fast‐paced service environment where leading people and managing change has been central to your success.
* Proven experience leading and motivating large teams, including remote or field‐based staff
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt positively in changing environments
* A collaborative leadership style with a genuine passion for developing people
* Confidence managing performance, coaching staff and driving accountability
* A solutions‐focused mindset with strong organisational skills
* Experience in service delivery, workforce coordination or operational leadership
* An understanding of compliance, quality standards and continuous improvement principles
* Relevant qualifications or industry experience (preferred but not essential)
