OPS Screening & Crushing Equipment – Bibra Lake WA

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Support Lead to join our Service and Technical team. This is a senior technical role for a hands-on specialist who understands mobile and fixed screening and crushing equipment and OEM product lines and can provide expert-level technical support, coaching and leadership across the business.

If you consider yourself a technical authority in crushing and screening equipment and enjoy solving complex problems, mentoring others, and being the go-to person for high-level support, this role is for you.

About the Role

Reporting to the Western Region Manager, the Technical Support Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of our equipment through:

Providing advanced technical support to internal teams and customers

Provide expert technical coaching using your extensive knowledge of mobile and fixed screening and crushing equipment

Acting as the business-wide technical "helpdesk"

Mentoring and upskilling technicians and service staff

Supporting workshop, field service and commissioning activities

Assist with repairs, modifications, upgrades, overhauls and preventative maintenance.

Liaising with OEMs and technical partners as required

Conduct field service support on an as-required basis, including supervision of complex onsite works and troubleshooting

To be considered, you must demonstrate:

Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with mobile and fixed crushing and screening equipment

Strong, proven technical understanding of equipment and services supplied by OPS Screening & Crushing Equipment Pty Ltd

Extensive experience diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults

Background in a senior service or technical support role (minimum 5 years preferred)

Qualifications

Current Australian Driver's Licence
