Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure is seeking a Site Office Manager/Administrator to join our Project team on a part time basis, in a job share arrangement.
The position is initially part time, working three days per week (Wednesday to Friday) in a job share capacity for approximately two years and will become full time in early 2028.

Annual fixed remuneration of $51,000 (based on full time equivalent of $85,000) plus superannuation. An attractive bonus also applies.
Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure Limited (DBI) is an Australian infrastructure company, with a vision to provide essential infrastructure for a world in transition.
DBI holds the lease for the Dalrymple Bay Terminal (DBT) which is located within the Port of Hay Point, approximately 38km south of Mackay and 900km north of Brisbane. DBT is the world's largest export metallurgical coal facility, servicing mines in the Bowen Basin in central Queensland.
Our teams are based in Brisbane, the Mackay region and Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote a working environment that is safe, healthy and protects the environment.
* Coordinating office activities and operations to maintain efficiency and compliance to company policies.
* Manage document control processes for projects as required.
* Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
* Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes and proposals as required.
* Assist the finance team with site office related matters such as project invoicing and credit card processing.
* Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
* Record meeting minutes and participate as a member of the Workplace Health and Safety Committee
* Coordination and reporting of training activities for the site office.
Preferred skills and experience:
You will also have:
* Familiarity with office management processes and basic accounting functions.
* Extensive experience (7-10 years) in project administration.
* High school diploma and tertiary studies in project administration, secretarial studies or relevant field is preferred.
