Conduct needs-based consultations and convert interest into confirmed bookings Identify and target new opportunities with real estate agencies, developers, and boutique builders. Present tailored proposals that align with client goals Reconnect with former clients to uncover new opportunities, using CRM tools to personalise outreach and track engagement Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead conversion strategies and maximise campaign success Provide consistent follow-up, customised solutions, and high-touch service to strengthen loyalty and long-term partnerships The Person: The ideal candidate for the role of Business Development Manager will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves being out and about and relationship building, will ideally have a creative flair and appreciation of design and interiors.
