The Role:
As a seasoned operations leader, you will oversee daily operational activity across sales support, agent and property marketing, reception, and general office administration. Your key responsibilities will include leading and developing an eight-person team, providing structure, coaching, and continuous performance support.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Ensure administrative tasks are completed within agreed service standards and meet quality expectations.
* Assess current workflows and introduce improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
* Take full ownership of operational planning, including anticipating challenges and resolving issues promptly to maintain seamless business performance.
Candidate Profile:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate operations or a related property support role is required. You must have your real estate qualification. A proactive, confident leadership style with the ability to set clear expectations and guide team outcomes is essential. Strong self-management skills and the ability to work autonomously are also required.
You should have demonstrated experience enhancing team capability within a fast-paced service environment. Excellent relationship-building skills to foster collaboration across all areas of the business are necessary. A commitment to continuous improvement across systems, processes, and operational structure is vital. Full Australian working rights and current residency are also essential. A valid driver's licence is preferred.
