We are seeking confident Aged and Disability Support Workers with hands‐on experience in homecare.

Sponsorship availability after 12 months of tenure.
Roster availabilities
* Monday to Sunday
* Mornings, Afternoon and Night shifts
* 24 hour work
What You'll Do
* Assist with personal care and daily household tasks.
* Domestic assistance.
* Promote independence, life skills, and community engagement.
* Provide Social community access.
* Complete detailed progress notes and collaborate with the onsite team.
What You Need
* 12+ months of experience in home care.
* Clear NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check & Working with Children Checks. (Or willing to obtain)
* Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
* Driver's licence, reliable car, and comprehensive insurance.
* Cert III in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus
* Flexibility: Willingness to work across roster needs, including public holidays as required.
