Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing team in a broad range of coordination and general marketing tasks. This includes demo stock coordination, collateral and event logistics, internal event coordination, and general marketing support tasks. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
* Manage lead distribution and CRM database to ensure accurate allocation and up-to-date contact and mailing lists
* Coordinate marketing collateral and demo equipment logistics, including distribution, storage, and preparation of materials
* Provide logistical and hands-on support for internal workshops and external conferences, including planning, packing, and material coordination
* Organize staff promotional items such as business cards, polo shirts, and name badges
* Support marketing administration through budget tracking and contribution to regular reporting activities.
* Assist in coordinating, promoting, and delivering in-house and online events, including logistical and technical webinar support.
* Assist with content posting and basic moderation on social media platform
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Tertiary qualifications (or currently studying) in Marketing, Communications, Business or related
2. Previous administrative or organisational experience
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign or Photoshop)
5. CRM (preferably Salesforce) experience or a willingness to learn
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
7. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
8. Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
