* Provide quality-focused leadership, coaching, and guidance on documentation/recording to ensure care and services meet expected outcomes.
* Develop team members' knowledge and understanding of practice expectations within the framework of the Aged Care Quality Standards and their scope of practice.
* Maintain the Care Home's Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI) in collaboration with the leadership team, including insights from Quality Indicator Reports and monthly review meetings.
* Ensure Government NQIP data is submitted on time, analysed, and improvements documented and actioned.
* Coordinate and complete all monthly Care Home Audits within the Operations Essential audit program.
* Manage and deliver the highest quality clinical care for residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation consistent with policy, legislation, and privacy requirements.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration is essential.
* Right to work in Australia.
* Strong interpersonal and delegation skills.
* Passionate about development, training, and education with a tailored approach.
* Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) desirable but not necessary.
* Proven track record in delivering and maintaining quality clinical care, coaching, and training.
* Experience managing noncompliance in staff training.
* Ability to foster a team environment and build collaborative relationships.
* Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
* Extensive understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
