About the Role
Reporting to our Retail Area Manager, you’ll take the reins of our Darwin team and make the store your own. You’ll lead from the front — inspiring your team, driving sales, and ensuring every customer receives the high standard of service Ariat is known for.
You’ll be supported by a passionate and experienced head office team who’ll make sure you have the tools, resources, and backing to succeed.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience, every time
- Assisting customers to find the right products to suit their needs
- Driving sales and achieving store targets
- Managing visual merchandising and inventory with creativity and precision
- Coaching and rostering your team to keep them motivated and engaged
- Developing local strategies to build store success and customer loyalty
- Overseeing daily stock control processes to minimise shrinkage and maintain accurate inventory levels

About You
- You’re energetic, approachable, and thrive in a customer‑focused environment
- You have strong leadership skills and love bringing out the best in your team
- You’re motivated, results‑driven, and take pride in your store’s success
- Retail management experience (fashion or footwear a plus!)
- Equestrian knowledge or interest is a bonus, but not essential
- You’re flexible and available to work weekends and busy retail periods
