Sydney | Hybrid | $90K–$100K + Super
Agency | eComm + Lead Gen | Ownership Pathway
This is not just another SEO role.
This is a genuine step-up opportunity to own and lead an SEO function inside a growing Sydney agency, with a clear pathway toward Head of SEO.
If you're currently an SEO Manager feeling capped or under-utilised, this is where you take the reins.

• 14–15 client accounts across eCommerce, B2B and B2C
• Shopify and WordPress heavy portfolio
• A junior SEO (6 months experience)
• Monthly client meetings + QBRs
• Technical strategy + commercial prioritisation
You won't just execute.
You'll lead the function, shape direction and build something properly.
-----------------------------------
What You'll Be Doing
• Running technical audits with confidence
• Owning crawlability, indexation and site architecture
• Leading keyword + intent strategy
• Driving eCommerce SEO growth
• Managing retainers ranging $3K–$12K
• Presenting performance and strategy to clients
• Identifying upsell and growth opportunities
• Mentoring a junior team member

Culture Fit
You'll do well here if you are:

This is not suited to someone purely technical who avoids clients.
It's also not an in-house operator wanting heavy structure and training.
