Marketing Leader for Technology Innovators
Conflux Technology is a leader in high-performance heat exchangers made with additive manufacturing, working at the intersection of engineering, performance, and advanced manufacturing. We're looking for a freelance Art Director to help us evolve and extend our brand system into a growing range of marketing and sales touchpoints.
What we need:
We completed a brand refresh in 2024 with a core styleguide already in place. We’re now looking to expand that foundation and apply it across a suite of deliverables with more technical nuance and clarity for our engineering audience.
You’ll be working directly with the Head of Marketing and our Marketing Manager to deliver high-quality, well-considered design work across:
* Product brochures and white papers
* Case studies and data sheets
* Digital ads and web graphics
* Booth visuals and event materials
* Email templates and pitch decks
We’re looking for someone who can present concepts for review, take feedback constructively, and refine designs through a few iterations. You should be comfortable both setting the visual direction and executing final deliverables that are ready for deployment across print and digital channels.
What we’re looking for:
* Senior-level design experience, preferably in B2B companies with deep engineering or technical products
* A portfolio that shows clean, thoughtful design applied to complex topics
* Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma familiarity a plus
* Ability to work autonomously but collaborate effectively with a lean team
* AU-based or AEST time zone overlap preferred
