We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales.
Primary Responsibilities
* Achieve the monthly/yearly sales KPIs of assigned stores.
* Working with various teams (i.e. Sales Support Team, Operation Team, Finance Team) to coordinate all the sales operation with assigned stores if needed. (Include but not limited to Deliveries, Collection, Customer Enquiries/Complaints)
* Feedback and report the market trends, demands and market intelligence to Line Sales Supervisors to assist formulating the sales strategies. (e.g. PI, competition, market news, competition etc.)
* Visit and carry out sell-in plan accordingly among assigned stores per set call cycle.
* Place orders with assigned stores to optimize the stock level in store and on shelf in a timely manner. (Identify out-of-stock and follow up accordingly)
* Carry out basic merchandising duties to ensure company products on shelf in neat and tidy manner including check date code and rotate stock as required.
* Solicit additional stock orders where opportunities exist.
* Check quality and appearance of stock to ensure sale ability and report discrepancies that may be considered a product risks.
* Check store range compliance against applicable layout profiles.
* Report to Line Sales Supervisor on closing stores/potentially closing stores/new store opening.
* Build layout and relays stores as required.
* Maintain effective business relationship with personnel of assigned stores.
* Report market intelligence. E.g. PI, competition, market news, competition etc.
* Follow and implement monthly promotional program for assigned stores.
* Travel inter-state as relief/replacement staff for sale representative/executive duties when necessary.
To be successful you will need
* Full Australian working rights and MUST live in Australia
* Chinese speaking is preferred
* Bachelor's degree in sales, business, marketing, or a related field
* A current driver’s license
* A great eye for detail and customer service skills
* Proven track record of success in sales
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong work ethic and self-motivation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
