We're seeking experienced Civil Labourers and Machine Operators to join a leading civil contractor working across major subdivision projects in Toowoomba.

Your Day-to-Day Duties:
* General civil labouring on subdivision and road projects
* Assisting with trenching, pit & pipe, conduits, site prep and clean-up
* Operating machinery such as excavators, rollers, loaders, and skid steers (if ticketed)
* Working within a team to meet project targets safely and efficiently
What You'll Need:
* White Card (essential)
* Experience in civil or subdivision works
* Machine tickets and VOCs (highly regarded)
* Reliable licence and transport – some sites are remote
* Strong safety awareness and a solid work ethic
