We have a proven record of servicing a variety of commercial clients in roles such as property developments, business transactions, leasing, acquisitions, trusts, SMSF's, owners corporations disputes large-scale and small businesses matters. We also provide tailored advice on estate planning and administration, property and conveyancing matters, employment disputes as well as various types of commercial and civil litigation.
Our staff are highly efficient and experienced in dealing with a range of different matters and enjoy regular and repeat business from a variety of clients in the local community and beyond. We are now looking to add another suitably experienced paralegal to our friendly team.
We are looking for an experienced paralegal or legal secretary to work predominantly in the areas of:
Residential and commercial property transactions;
Commercial litigation;
Wills and estates;
Business transactions and dispute resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a good attention to detail and experience working in a fast paced commercial firm.
Duties include:
client correspondence and file management
invoicing
general office administration and some occasional reception duties;
A high degree of organizational skills, the ability to communicate and positive attitude is paramount succeeding in this position.
